  • Modumetal Seeks Declaratory Judgement in Intellectual Property Case

    Seattle-based Modumetal, Inc. has taken action seeking a declaratory judgment after being informed by strategic partners and customers that Integran Technologies, Inc. was sending letters implying patent infringement. As a result of these actions, Modumetal has requested relief from the U.S. District Court, including affirmative declaration that Modumetal is not infringing any valid patent rights of Integran Technologies.

  • Modumetal to Manufacture Discrete Metal Parts for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)

    Modumetal, a pioneering company with breakthrough technology in the area of advanced nanolaminated steels and composites, announced today that it has been selected under competitive bid to manufacture discrete metal parts for the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This effort follows Modumetal’s successful Phase I demonstration of its low-cost, high performance part manufacturing capability.

    This multi-year contract is focused on the delivery of discrete land vehicle and propulsion system parts to the U.S. military at costs equivalent to or less than the conventional composite and alloy systems.
